Always nice to be back at Novotel on Siam. Warm service always with a smile n a heart. Ms Gig at the lobby lounge was fabulous. She was quick to bring my elderly mom to a seat and waited while we decided wat to order. Environment is cosy n private on a wkday afternoon.
