Grand Massage and Spa - Nana

I saw many ads on TikTok and was excited to try a new place. When I arrived with my sister, they welcomed us with cold tea and everyone seemed very kind. However, once we went to the massage rooms, the problems started. I booked foot, back, and shoulder massage. Instead of a proper massage, the therapist pressed on my back with her elbow for more than 25 minutes. Only standing and moving her elbow from one area to another area!!! This really massage? I told her this was painful and asked her to use oil and massage properly. When she moved to my feet, it was even worse. It was clear she lacked experience and was not professional at all. I have had many massages here before, and this was by far the worst. My sister had booked a foot massage, and she also wanted to ask to change her therapist because she was unhappy. She called me and told me that her therapist was not good. At that point, I knew we had chosen the wrong place. When I complained at the reception, they told me the therapist was their leader and “the best." They told me if I came back the next day, I will get extra time. I will never return to this place and I do not recommend it at all.
