Worst experience in a hair salon !! I asked to darken my hair and to keep some highlights (I had a full bleach and tone). I paid 275 euros, I never paid that much but I trusted the hairdresser. They bleached my hair completely and it came out blonder than what I had before. Some parts looked almost white. My hair fell off as she was brushing it, I had to cut everything. I cried so much, I couldn't help it. She asked me if I wanted to tone my hair darker, I turned brunette with green highlights. I destroyed all my hair just to come back to my natural color, it looked nothing like the inspiration I showed and after one hour of crying continually, she didn't make a discount or tried anything to make me feel better. After your respond it proves one more time that you're not respectful at all. We paid for your work without trying to discuss I was just in shock. If you didn't know how to do what I showed you it was okay you just had to tell me and I would have done it in an other hair salon but you didn't and messed with my hair. The minimum is to apologize instead of saying I simulated, my mother arrived when it was the first result I didn't want to cry before I saw it. Also she is the most angry of both of us so you shouldn't talk for herself saying I disrespected her.
