The salon is located in the ITF Building and can be accessed from two entrances. You can search for 7-Eleven ITF, walk past it for about four shops, and you’ll find the green-colored salon on the left. I came here for a balayage, completely as a random booked by their profile hair but compared for a while, and I was very impressed. The salon limits the number of clients to only 1–2 private appointments at a time, which makes the whole experience calm, unrushed, and very comfortable. What impressed me the most was how attentive and professional the team was. They carefully analyzed my hair texture, current hair color, and hair history, then gave clear and honest advice. They thoroughly reviewed the reference photos I provided and explained the realistic color results that could be achieved, including the time required. Before coloring, they did a strand test and tested the toner first. If the shade wasn’t right, they adjusted and remixed the color until the test strand was perfect before applying it to the whole head. The stylist was extremely detailed, patient, and meticulous and also very friendly. You can even order food to eat at the salon during the process. I chose the “no rush, just make it beautiful” option, so the entire process took almost 9 hours, but it was absolutely worth it in terms of the results, attention to detail, time spent, and price. Highly recommended! I’m truly impressed and very happy with the beautiful color result.

I went there (as a walk-in) to get a haircut and scalp detox treatment, without making any booking. The lady hairdresser said there were already other customers booked ahead of me, so it might be up to 2-hours wait and I could come back after 2 hours. I was going to leave bangkok the next morning, so i thought, why not do a manicure and pedicure while waiting. I really did not regret that decision. The service was superb! The results were amazing! Very happy with the mani & pedi treatments and my metallic-colour gel acrylic nails too. Even after almost 2 weeks, my nails still look amazing! After getting my nails done, I had my haircut and scalp detox treatment (I didn't end up having to wait the full 2 hours). My scalp felt amazing. It felt so good, fresh and cooling, just what I needed after walking under the heat outside. After the scalp treatment, i had my hair cut. I wanted shoulder length, slightly layered, and something that would be low maintenance and easy to style, even weeks after leaving the salon. I got exactly what I requested! Very happy with the lady hairdresser's work. Thank you so much for the amazing service and awesome results! I would highly recommend Head Office to anyone who's going to Bangkok, and I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Bangkok.
