I just had a CBD massage with Dao, she was beyond excellent. I’ve had many massages back in the United States and a few in Thailand now, but Dao is one of the best therapist I’ve ever had. Beyond the actual treatment the front desk staff was amazing, I had accidentally booked my appointment for a different day and they were still able to accommodate me. I can’t wait to come back and request Dao again!

Health Land is my family's go-to spot, but this was my first time solo. The massage was standard Health Land quality—consistent and professional, though not necessarily a "wow" experience. Because the prices aren't cheap, I assumed tipping was only for exceptional service, but I was informed later by a family member it's actually customary here even for standard sessions. Since the tip isn't included in the bill, make sure to bring some cash.

I got the two-hour Thai massage at Health Land Pradit Manutham, and it was intense in the best way possible. From start to finish it was full-body work with a lot of stretching, compression, and deep pressure. There was plenty of that “good pain” you expect from a real Thai massage, but it was also very relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. Before the session, my whole body was tight and sore, especially my legs and hamstrings after all the walking I did in Osaka and Tokyo. The therapist did an amazing job really working out the deep muscle tension. By the time the massage was over, I honestly felt like a new person. Most of the tightness and pain in my hamstrings was gone, my body felt loose again, and my movement and flexibility were noticeably better. If you’re dealing with muscle soreness or just want a serious, effective Thai massage, this place definitely delivers.
