HEX BAR

A surprise in a small alley in Chinatown. The bar is hidden behind a shopfront, don't worry you will definitely notice this shopfront when you walk passed. This bar is huge, lots of seating space. This place is witchcraft theme decoration and this highly reflected in their menu as well. The drinks is good but personally I think its a bit over the top. I feel like the place is more of a tourist spot, if you are cocktails enthusiast, this might feel like themepark bar.

It’s Halloween every day and night at Hex and that’s down to the superb supernatural inspired interior design (including a small upside down tree suspended from the ceiling) and lighting of the bar. The entrance lobby area is also beautifully designed and kitted out. Its location in one of Chinatown’s small alleys adds to the unique atmosphere and attraction of the bar. The signature cocktails are also on theme and we enjoyed the serving theatrics with one of the drinks ordered. While eerie and scary is the bar’s theme, the vibe is the bar is fun, social, and buzzing. Price wise, drinks are on par with other cocktail bars in the area and Hex is a great choice to pull up at if you are bar hopping in the area. Two thumbs up.

If you like spooky things, this is the ultimate bar. From the hidden entrance to the spellbook menu, everything feels little you're in a Gothic world. That's not even mentioning that hidden dungeon floor! But the really memorable thing is how chill the bartenders are. They'll chat with you all night and make you feel at home. That only qualm I have is that it's not cheap. 2 beers and 2 cocktails set us back over 1500 baht, which in Thailand is pretty pricey. But the cocktails were very tasty.
