  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this salon. Before making an appointment, I called and specifically asked multiple times how much hair coloring would cost. I was clearly told the price was 499 baht. Based on that information, I booked an appointment for 3:00 PM. I arrived early at approximately 1:30 PM and ended up waiting around an hour and a half. When I was finally seen at my scheduled appointment time, the stylist suddenly showed me a calculator displaying 3,499 baht. Shocked by the huge difference, I called my sister to confirm what price I had originally been quoted over the phone. During that conversation, the price somehow increased again to 4,200 baht. This felt incredibly dishonest and misleading. I specifically asked about the price several times before booking because I wanted to avoid exactly this kind of situation. When I questioned why I had been told 499 baht on the phone, the staff simply said they didn’t know because it was the person answering the calls who gave me that information. That is not an acceptable excuse. If someone is representing your business and quoting prices to customers, they should be providing accurate information. As a tourist, I genuinely felt like I was being taken advantage of because I am a foreigner. The drastic and unexplained price increases gave me no confidence that I was being treated fairly. I don’t even pay those kinds of prices back home. In the end, I left without receiving any service. The salon wasted a significant amount of my time, ruined my afternoon, and left me feeling frustrated and misled. I would strongly recommend that future customers get written confirmation of pricing before visiting. Based on my experience, I did not find this business to be transparent, trustworthy, or tourist-friendly.
