Amazing location and overall great vibes. Such a good option for ice bath and sauna of which there is both here. For 490 baht you get 2 hours inside. There’s toilets and towels given. Recommend going during the day to avoid a busy crowd. Would recommend and will be back!

Been coming here for a while now. It’s easily the best spot in Phra Khanong to reset and recover from training runs. Most people freak out about the ice, but once you get used to the temp, it’s just a solid part of the routine. The staff, they are super welcoming and friendly, they’ll talk you through the ice bath if you’re struggling, but otherwise, they just let you do your thing in the garden. Tip: Definitely try to drop by on a Saturday. They serve delicious food for free (it started during the new year, hope it continues), it’s the best way to refuel after a few rounds in the sauna and ice. 🧊 Anyway, always fun to go here with friends and socialize with awesome peeps. If you are lucky, Chloe the cat 🐈 will be around walking pretty. Be careful with ducks 🐥

Fantastic spot! Great sauna that is hot! And the ice baths are perfect. Lots of character and a feel your outside of Bangkok. Can't wait to return. Not much info on the sauna anywhere. It's a large sauna set at 100c. Also a coed style so nice to mingle if you like. 10/10
