Som explained how to properly get into the ice bath and shared the benefits of the sauna and cold plunge — everything is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The sunset view is beyond words, the music is great, and you can also enjoy drinks and food right there.

I loved the whole experience moving between the ice bath and the sauna while watching the sunset over the city was unreal The atmosphere felt calm and incredibly refreshing Bonus he’s so nice!
