I don't live in Thailand but I am here for one month. I had pain in one tooth that I was concerned about a fracture with having Invisalign. They were very reassuring and completed a full check up and went through some examinations to determine if any issues. Didn't feel judged for coming to check when there were no issues. Very kind and settled my nerves. You won't beat the prices either! I had such a good experience I will most likely pay for a clean and polish. Thank you!

Review for Dr. Pratchanun, Iconic Dental near ICONSIAM It is rare to find a dentist who combines technical mastery with artistic intuition, and rarer still to find one who does so with such grace. Dr. Pratchanun embodies that uncommon balance. From the moment I entered her care, I sensed a refinement that goes beyond routine dentistry. Her attention to detail is extraordinary. She approaches even a simple cleaning with intention and precision, as though sculpting rather than merely polishing. There is a quiet confidence in her work that allows you to relax completely. What distinguishes her most profoundly is her aesthetic eye. After my cleaning, she thoughtfully discussed how subtle composite enhancements could elevate my smile while preserving its natural character. Her philosophy is not transformation for its own sake, but harmony. She enhances without altering identity. My teeth have never appeared more luminous, nor more beautifully my own, than after a visit with Dr. Pratchanun. She is not simply a cosmetic dentist. She is a curator of confidence, an artist of proportion, and a rare presence in her field. I recommend her with complete trust.

I had a great experience with dentist. She was extremely thorough, found issues that others had missed, and did excellent work. The clinic is very clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend

I previously had a scaling treatment at this clinic and had a good experience. The clinic was clean, and the dentist was very gentle, which is why I decided to bring my mother here for a dental implant consultation. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the clinic called us and asked us to arrive earlier than our appointment time because they said the dentist had arrived early. However, when we got there, the dentist had accepted two overlapping appointments, causing us to wait for a very long time. Before even seeing the dentist, the staff asked my mother to do a CT scan. She had to go through the scan three times, and it still did not work properly. After that, the staff told us that the machine had a problem and that a technician was checking it. They then asked my mother to wait and possibly do a fourth scan, without even guaranteeing that it would work. It honestly felt like patients were being used to test a malfunctioning machine. This kind of operation shows a lack of concern for patient safety and professionalism. After this experience, we will not return to this clinic again.
