Came here with my daughter, we didn’t have an appointment so had to wait 30mins- not bad at all. Definitely call ahead and make an appointment prior to arriving, they’re busy. We were offered tea and lemonade, the staff speak enough English to help with questions/comments. We had a pleasant experience. Jing did my manicure and gel, he was attentive and took his time. Kook Kai did my daughter’s nails and my pedicure, she also did a great job. The only thing that wasn’t stellar about our experience was that the initial price quoted for my daughter’s nails increased because she chose a nicer gel (!?) for her tiny middle finger. Price is very fair, even after the increase from quote. We booked our second service in two weeks, can’t wait!
