Indra Regent punches above its weight on location—it's genuinely well-positioned for Pratunam shopping—and the value justifies the room over fancier options. Teak details and Thai aesthetics run through the property, the pool is genuinely large and inviting, and breakfast is above-average. It works as a no-fuss base for exploring the neighborhood.

Great value for money. The hotel is very well located, with a beautiful traditional Thai decoration. The pool area is a lovely place to relax, and the pool itself is large. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Staying for 4 nights with my family. Location is good and was the reason for me to choose this hotel. Friendly stuff. The room is spacious, well maintained, but can feel the design and the interior was very old. The toilet light flickering on the night at day 3. Although the technician repaired it on the day itself but I can’t stop myself to relates it. The website advertised that one of the bed in the room is king size bed however it is queen size.

We arrived at 13:30, hoping to check in at the time mentioned on the reservation. However, we were not given any of the 4 rooms that were reserved until 15:30. The room maids forgot to put toiletries and towels in some rooms during the 4 nights we stayed, and they need supervision in most of the areas when it comes to cleaning, and they never clean our rooms until late (probably due to a shortage of staff). What really surprised me was when they checked the rooms on our departure. They said everything was okay, whereas in some of our rooms, towels and glasses were missing, and one of us forgot an iPad in the room. I wonder why they collect a 3,000 THB damage deposit. The temperature of the air-conditioning in the Junior suite could not be adjusted and was always at 19 degrees. We were forced to wait for half an hour for breakfast the next morning because our rooms were not on the list. Hence. It shows a lack of communication between the front office department and F&B. We had to remind the waitress to refill the water in the coffee machine every time we ate. To sum up, it's a pity that the hotel of this calibre is failing in all departments, and the owners are probably aware of this. They are either happy with offering cheap room rates to the large tour groups that would not complain or that they never visit for hotel inspection. I have stayed in other hotels around Pratunam, but this is by far disappointing. I would not stay again and would not recommend it to others.

The management have no common sense. They have the baggage weighing scales on level 12 and if you are on any other floor, you can’t access the 12th floor. Also, you have to pay to weigh your luggage. You enter on the Lower level but have to go up to level 4 to check in. The place is old but clean. The breakfast is good. The staff are friendly but not very experienced. Room service does not always leave toiletries in your room. Parking is supposed to be free but you can only enter and leave between 8am and 8pm. Otherwise you need to park opposite the hotel and pay for parking. They checked me in a room that wasn’t cleaned and the air con wasn’t working. They then moved me to a room where the safe wasn’t working and the toilet door didn’t close. The TV is non watchable as the screen has scratches on it. Looks like somebody cleaned it with a wire brush. I asked for a shower cap and they sent me an electrician. It has a Faulty Towers vibe to it. It’s cheap and is in a good position.
