INDUSTRY DTLA Hair & Nail Salon

It was painful, they cut and file your nails too short and over charge without telling you first. My daughter and I were stopped on the street with a coupon for a pedicure for 760 baht. We walked in and were told to write our name and to put that we were using the brochure coupon. While we are sitting in the chair getting a pedicure, the woman from the front desk comes over and gives us a bill for 1,500 because we had our feet in the water getting our pedicures. Apparently that meant a spa pedicure??? That was never discussed. Every pedicure I have ever had they soaked my feet first and clipped my nails??? Then they said okay you are finished. My daughter and I said where is the nail polish???? They said oh if you want your nails painted it’s another 1000 baht. Are you serious??? I have traveled to many countries. I have never paid $100 for a pedicure before. Absolute horrible experience. I haven’t asked to speak to an owner or a manager ever. I felt like such a Karen 😂. But I felt taken advantage of, nobody was apologizing, and nobody would let me talk to someone about the issue. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Go spend $100 somewhere else and go get a service from kinder more humble people in this beautiful city.
