I had a very welcoming and positive experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thanks to Mo, the interpreter, who was very active, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. Mo made communication much easier and was always willing to assist whenever needed. I also really appreciated the doctor’s approach. The doctor was very patient when reviewing my test results, listened carefully to my medical history, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was also given helpful advice about what I should be careful about and what I should pay attention to going forward. Overall, I felt that everyone genuinely cared about making sure I understood my results and received proper guidance. Thank you to the whole team, especially Mo and the doctor, for the warm and professional service.
