Went there at 3:30pm 26/12/25, a Friday. Was only one there, but by 6/7pm, crowd started coming in until full house. Lovely place, clean, well maintained. Crowds were shy youngsters, mostly chubbies n bears. Great place for chubs n chasers. Not many older men or daddies, perhaps not taste of the crowds. Staff attitude was ok, they were pleasant though unfriendly, Milk bath was not milky, just water. Entrance fee is 500 baht. To get there, walk through the hospital parking lot. The stairs and steps are of smooth finish, so is slippery. Exercise caution. Owner shld stick some rough stickers or cover on steps to prevent accidents. 3rd floor has many sofas designed for doggie style n oral but place was too bright, not good turnon. Ideal for 1/0 activities. Overall, lovely place to relax in nude and observe beautiful fat bodies. Suggestion: turn it into naturist/nudist onsen, where we are naked everywhere.

THB 450 entrance fee. Visited 10/2025. I brought a translator and the staff were straightforward with simple questions. Treat the place like a Japanese-style onsen and you'll be fine. Shoes off, be free of modesty. Lockers are spacious, and even fit one of my suitcase bags. It uses a smartwatch so it's easy to not lose, just make sure your door is clicked closed before stepping away. Bring your big towel to shower and clean first. Then put it away and take a small towel with you to the baths -- though you don't wear it or keep it on you as you bathe. The main big baths are lukewarm and are spacious, but there is a enclosed hotter bath that is much more relaxing. There are also dry sauna rooms. If you are done bathing, there is also a lounging space you can access and a bar. There are a few spots you can chill and charge your electronics in the meantime. Next to the bar is upstairs, which is where gay men will likely have the most interest in. Lockable rooms or open-space rooms with light switches. There is also a balcony that looks over the baths with a large chair that fits a few men. At the time of my visit the 3rd floor was inaccessible and not much to do, but I had plenty of fun with others on the 2nd floor. If you like onsen-style bathing & lack shame about your body, for a cheap price this is a great place.

We had a great time at Kaikan Onsen. The environment and ambiance inside were truly relaxing, with various resting zones and fun areas spread across the 2nd and 3rd floors. The onsen features a spacious main pool and a long jacuzzi pool beside it. We especially enjoyed the milky pool in the cave—it was a soothing and memorable experience with our group of friends. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety at reasonable prices. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a short walk from BTS Saphan Khwai Station. However, the main issue we encountered was the service, particularly due to communication difficulties. My friends and I had trouble ordering food or asking for information, as most of the staff struggled with Thai or English. It would be a great improvement to have a Thai manager and one or two Thai-speaking staff to better assist local or foreign guests. Good service and clear communication are key, especially given the potential this onsen has. With some staff improvements, Kaikan could easily become one of the best gay onsens in Bangkok. Overall, this onsen strikes a great balance between relaxation and fun, with spacious facilities, multiple pools, a sauna, steam room, and play areas. I’ll definitely be inviting both Thai and foreign friends to return with me 😃

Very amazing place I felt the real peace But the staffs are very scary. They take off your phone and money while you’re at your sauna time. I will never recommend this place for any one Unsafe The car staff took my phone a left me panic for almost 40 mins. The reception staff don’t give a damn your panicking and plays video games with other staffs and didn’t give clientele service at all I was All lone and it was unsafe

[Please don’t waste your time and money here] 1. The staff are extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. 2. It was our first time here, yet no staffs explained the rules of the onsen. Some areas allows a small towel, while some do not allow. When we made a mistake that we do not know, the staff simply shouted at us and gave us nasty looks. 3. The crowd was very disappointing, mostly out of shape , and the onsen felt lifeless. 4. The facilities were not very clean. There was even moss growing in some areas, making the floor slippery. 5. THB450 entrance fee I would rather sit down somewhere else to get some beers. Cheers
