Khurana Inn

I will never recommends this hotel to anyone. I visited there. but experience was unexpected. Now Lets come to the drawback one bye one. 1. Locker Does not work, I had to carry my passport while moving outside. it is totally lack of safety. 2. Shampoo / Shower gel was not available into the Toilet they Keep only pouch (Sansilk Pouch) where is the standard .? 3. No Proper toiletry exist into the Toilet. 4. only 2-3 option available in Breakfast. 5. Nobody provide Water bottle and Coffee at daily basis. 6. Window does not close properly It is also safety concern. This was the worst international hotel i have ever stayed at in my life.

We stayed 3 nights at Khurana Inn, Bangkok. The location and connectivity are very good, making it convenient to travel around the city. The price was reasonable, and the Indian food available nearby/in-house was good, which is a plus for Indian travelers. However, we were allotted 3 rooms without windows, which was quite uncomfortable. These rooms are not recommended, especially for longer stays, as they feel congested and lack proper ventilation. Overall, it’s an okay budget stay if you get a room with windows and mainly need a good location. Otherwise, choose carefully.

The service is very bad. The first time we stayed, we were given a very noisy room. Outdoor AC is the cause, and they already know it because it comes from their kitchen when it is used. No wonder they still sell uninhabitable rooms! The first day we really couldn't sleep. And they gave us a new room after the morning. The staff was not polite, entered the room without knocking on the door and used the key they had. When moving rooms, they didn't help carry our suitcases. In the new room that turns out to use a central AC, the condition is very old and noisy too! (Although not as noisy as in the previous room). If you want comfort, don't stay here.
