  Make sure you CONTACT her first ( msg her on facebook) before you head over to the Salong. She is very busy. Great servic, and she did my husband's hair really well. His hair was due for a re-twist, and we were glad we found her!

  I had a very disappointing experience. I called and politely said, “Hi, how are you?” and also sent a photo of the hairstyle I wanted for my stepdaughter. Instead of being treated with respect, I was met with a very rude attitude. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately I did not feel welcomed or valued as a potential customer. Based on this experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope the owner improves the way customers are treated because kindness and professionalism go a long way.

  When I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, Kiki was still in the middle of braiding another client and was not ready for me. She asked if I could wait 30 minutes, and I agreed. However, more than an hour passed without any update, apology, or explanation. At that point, I decided to leave. As I was heading out, Kiki ran after me and began speaking to me in an aggressive manner and insulted me. I won’t repeat the awful things she said, but I was genuinely shocked that this happened in front of other clients and her family, including young children. The “salon” operates out of her home and was also difficult to locate. The experience was highly unprofessional and toxic, and I will never go back.
