Every little matters for customer experience. The ice cream is quite fine but extremely lacking the customer experience. Most ice cream stores we visited would provide free water stations to wash down the sweetness. I politely asked if I could get a cup, the staff declined. You have to purchase water bottles only. I see there is a water filter tank sitting on the counter top. The least they could do is to deliver great experiences. If you are too focused on making money on every little thing, you would receive the same response. Would not return as there is nothing so spectacular about this gelato. Every little detail matters. FYI - honey is still sugar and your body cannot differentiate between the sources of glucose. It still spikes blood sugar level. This is a false marketing - beware for those with diabetes.
