Everything is just ok Service and food But compare to price is very expensive Doesn't worth it

Let me start with the food. Both of the dishes we ordered were delicious and fresh, especially the fish, and were big enough for 2 people. Luckily, we can speak some Thai, so we were able to order less spicy. The problem came when we had to pay. The receipt did not have any individual menu item prices listed as it should have, but it only said food and the total amount, which we definitely thought was higher than what we saw on the menu. There's also an additional 10% service charge and a mysterious 7% charge, which is written only in Thai. It's a bummer though because the atmosphere of the restaurant is great and you can sit there and enjoy all the environment around you

I ordered explicitly non-spicy Tom Yum Soup after the waiter said they have a non-spicy option. As I saw the red oil when they delivered the dish, I asked specifically if it is non-spicy and the waiter confirmed. Though the dish was spicy when I tried it. When I asked why I was not served what I ordered, the waiter appeared to not understand English and called a colleague who explained that I was served medium spicy. When I explained this is not what I ordered, they just apologized, and that was it. They didn't even bring me tissues until I asked for such. Though I am able to eat spicy, I was not in the mood for such and didn't want to eat spicy, so the treatment was very disappointing. Despite the spiciness, the food was ok. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant to people who are not tolerant to spicy as it is not guaranteed what they would be served.
