The clinic scheduled my appointment for 1:00 PM because the doctor was supposed to start working at that time. However, after arriving, I had to wait 25 minutes. I was then told that the doctor still had another patient, and it would take even longer, meaning my treatment wouldn’t begin until around 2:30 PM. During the consultation, the doctor didn’t even look at my face, and the receptionist kept insisting that I apply the numbing cream first—fortunately, I didn’t follow their advice. It’s frustrating that this clinic doesn’t respect people’s time, especially considering how bad the traffic in Bangkok is. I spent almost two hours commuting back and forth, only to be treated like this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visit this clinic. It seems the doctor doesn’t know how to train their staff properly.
