I contacted your store at least three days ago to book an appointment. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response. You asked me to send photos, which I did, but after that there was no further reply at all. By the time my flight arrived, I had to leave again without any confirmation or follow-up from your side. This is the most irresponsible service I have ever experienced. If you are unable to properly follow up on appointment bookings, it is a complete waste of clients’ time. Under these circumstances, it is far better for me to return to my home country, Singapore, to proceed with the treatment there. Very disappointing experience. I hope you have no customers in future!

Only had my brows shaped today. Started with hairy and full brows, however ended with overwaxed, mismatched and a quarter less brow on the right. Looks like I'm just perpetually raising my right eye now. (Pic for reference) The therapist did fill in my brows with a pencil but there's not much that can be done once the brows are waxed off. Hope my eyebrows grows back soon. Great ambience and the treatment felt good if you're into that.
