Lemongrass Massage

I went to this place last week. Did a walk-in at 9pm and were told that they have a slot at 11pm. We said ok and at the same time 2 Chinese girls who left the queue earlier suddenly barged in and said they will take our slot. The receptionist agreed to them and it left a horrible impression. Thereafter, we waited a bit and the reception then offered us a 10:30pm slot after claiming to be fully booked. The Chinese girls started complaining loudly saying they want our slot again. When we came back at 10:15pm, I saw them letting the 2 Chinese girls in and eventually we had to wait past our scheduled time. As if the service wasn't already horrible, the masseuse assigned to me, name Amorn, kept looking at the clock and used inconsistent pressure. Most of the time she used light touches when it is a foot massage. She and the other masseur kept disappearing for 5-10+ minutes each time during our massage. We bought an hour but I think after deducting their multiple disappearances it should be around 35-40mins. Will not revisit this place again. I see that there are multiple complaints about Amorn. Does the shop not care to improve on its service?
