Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa (Lumphini)

This was my first visit to this spa. The interior looks nice, and it’s located on the 9th floor. It’s important to book an appointment in advance. Like many spas nowadays, they tend to assign male therapists by default when you are a men, as they often reserve female therapists for female guests who would not accept a male therapist. So if you are male and prefer a female therapist, make sure to clearly state this when booking. My male therapist, however, was excellent. He has worked there for 9 years and clearly knows how to deliver a strong, firm massage — which is actually quite rare to find. The waiting area in the morning was very clean and well maintained, but it felt a bit soulless, almost like sitting in a mid-range airport business lounge. It lacks a bit of personal character. I had a 90-minute foot, shoulder, and back massage. The chairs were comfortable, and the back massage was done in a special massage chair, which worked well. The price was 1100 THB. Overall, it’s a good and clean place with skilled staff, but it could use a bit more atmosphere and personality.

Visited Let’s Relax Spa (Floor 9, Grand Centre Point Bangkok) and honestly it was the best spa experience I’ve had in Bangkok. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and luxurious from the moment you walk in. Staff are extremely polite and professional — they make you feel VIP without the crazy luxury-spa pricing. The treatment was very detailed, relaxing, and never rushed. For the quality, service, and environment, the price feels like a local street spa but the experience feels 5-star hotel level. Highly recommend. Deserves 10 ⭐️ if possible!

I had a truly lovely experience at this spa. The massage was excellent — deeply relaxing and skillfully done. The staff were warm, attentive, and very professional. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed. I especially enjoyed the refreshing pandan juice, and the snacks were delightful. The mango sticky rice was slightly sour on the day I visited, but overall, the service and experience were exceptional. I would happily return again.
