Let's Relax Spa - Arnoma Grand Bangkok Hotel

Too many things gone wrong. TDLR: you are better off along the streets in regular massage places. 1) service : 1/5. would give zero if I could. We booked an appointment for four at 9pm and was told after collecting payment that they didn't have enough staff. That is already ridiculous. They said that earlier batches of customers ended later so there is a backlog. But that's not something that they should make other customers pay for. Customers should be treated independent of each other! How we responded was just accept it and wait the 15mins they asked for. Till this point, things were still salvageable. Then they dropped another update at 915 that they only had two masseurs that could start first. OK fine, I again accepted. The other two of us were there told at 930 we can begin. But nope, we started at 940 and the people washing our feet was the front desk staff, meaning that they had serious manpower shortage or a misstep in bookings. 2) massage : 2/5 maybe I am biased because I was already pissed. The massage felt rather weak and not done properly. This is the first time I didn't tip. I think the worst thing is that this sits in the Arboma Grand Bangkok which is a 4 star hotel. This gives the hotel a bad name.

I order the package of happy spirt which is foot massage with scrap then relax massage it was all good their hospitality and welcoming is great the therapist is old and very lovely 😊 thank you
