I regret to inform you that my recent experience was highly unsatisfactory. The therapist assigned to me did not demonstrate the qualifications or professionalism expected, even at a beginner level of massage. Furthermore, she failed to follow the pre-assessment instructions that were provided, which raised concerns about both the quality and safety of the service. During the session, I felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the technique, to the extent that I had to request for the massage to be stopped before it was completed. This not only disrupted the session but also left me with the impression that the service lacked proper standards of training and client care.
