This is a nice spa and massage place. The staff is quite nice and the place is very spacious. The only issue is the Aircon in the massage room is very very cold.

The massage felt totally professional! I booked a heavenly relax plan. For first 120 minutes, I had a Thai massage first then came with hot herbals compress, that's a prefect match. The last 45 minutes was finished by foot reflexology. I felt completely relaxing and comfortable all the times. I have to shout out, my massage lady, Saowalak. Keep on your amazing work. In addition, I just walked in and got an appointment within reasonable time (60 mins) on a normal weekday. The reception staff are friendly and proactive to offer information how to select the plans as there are varieties of different massage plans. You can book it in advance online as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who visits to Thailand.

i had the chance to get a massage here with my husband. The atmosphere in the shop was peaceful and quiet. The receptionist was polite and friendly. The massage therapist was skilled and knew exactly the right pressure points. My husband really enjoyed it. And most importantly, the mango sticky rice was delicious!

The WORST service possible. No navigation in the mall except for one arrow facing the wall. Literally. I spent half an hour roaming around and the number for the spa was just out of service. I used to love Let’s relax. Probably need to find another spa which price ambition would match the service level. And the manager of the place is amazing. She said she was sorry like five times. And then she said I had no booking with them but they miraculously can find a slot for me. No thank you. Any street massage shop is better than this. It’s a shame. Avoid this branch. Not worth it. The star manager that kept saying sorry and it’s ok is the one in black jacket. I am not ok. Not even close. 😟
