I loved the massage and the vibe here. The employees are very kind, the location is well cured with soft lights and music. Also the scents are pleasant. I asked for an harder massage and they offered to change my masseuse with a stronger one. The massage was amazing, found it professional and very relaxing. They offered us mango sticky rice at the end. I recommend it!!

I like this massage chain business. All the branches are very similar, clean and comfortable. This one is at the 6th floor next to the Cinema/gym at the Terminal Asok mall. The staff is very attentive, helpful and polite. My favorite is the dream package 90 minutes massage which includes foot, hand and back. It is recommended to book in advance. They often offer good promotions. Also the tea and mango stickyrice at the end is a nice detail. We can recommend this place.

It was an amazing experience. We had the aromatherapy oil massage for an hour. We booked a room for a couple and it was heavenly. Definitely worth coming back. The reception, staff and therapist are nice and very welcoming. A must try if you are in Terminal 21, Asok. Location is good. Inside the mall and accessible at BTS and MRT.

I wanted to book a massage at Let's Relax Spa in Terminal 21 Asok. At the reception I politely mentioned that there are two spots on my body that should not be massaged. Right away this became a big issue. The receptionist reacted very complicated and repeatedly said that this would not be possible. It turned into quite a scene, even though I was only asking to simply avoid two spots. I have been in Thailand since January and have had more than 40 massages in different places. Everywhere else it was absolutely no problem to say which areas should not be massaged. Only here they made a big drama out of it. For that reason I unfortunately cannot recommend this place. During a massage you should feel comfortable, and simple requests from customers should be respected.

I’ve had spa services at this branch three times over the past couple of years, and I think it’s fair to say that while the treatments are alright, there’s definitely room for improvement. I’ve experienced much better hospitality at other branches like the one at CentralWorld. To be sure I wasn’t imagining things, I actually repeated the same treatments on two separate days. Haha. Back & Shoulder Massage – The same techniques and short sequences were repeated over and over on the same areas for the entire 60 minutes. Even as the recipient, I found it monotonous and uninspired. Foot Massage – There was little variation in technique. Much like the above, the same routine was repeated for the full 45 minutes, which felt repetitive and lacked engagement. Facial Soothing Massage – I felt that more pressure could have been applied to specific areas, especially since it’s supposed to be a massage. Otherwise, it felt more like a series of facial cleansing steps. Personally, I felt like my face was just being cleansed repeatedly with different creams or gels. There was about a 10-minute mask treatment, but it didn’t seem to have any noticeable effects - no tightening or refreshing sensation. I found myself getting impatient as the session went on. Customer Service – We had made and paid for back-to-back bookings: a Facial Massage followed by a Foot/Back/Shoulder Massage. This was acknowledged and confirmed at check-in. However, after the facial session, we were unexpectedly given the change of footwear and served fruits and tea -essentially, the usual sign-off at the end of a visit. We were puzzled and explained that we had another session. Instead of checking the record, they returned with the treatment menu and asked us what we would like to book. What? I had to head back to the counter to explain again that we had already paid for the next session. It took them a while to sort it out, and by the time they did, precious time had been lost. We were frustrated, and there was no apology for the confusion. I really wish the team had better internal coordination and ensured that booking details were properly relayed among the staff.
