IF YOUR A FOREIGNER DO NOT COME HERE FOR BLEACH!!! these guys were the most disgustingly rude people I've ever met. I asked for my hair to be bleached and they took this quite literally. I asked them to bleach my roots and avoid my ends. It started off at first with very little bleach application making my hair super spotty and a LONG PROCESS from 7:30 to 11 of just processing and damaging my hair. They ended up giving up with the application and just bleaching my tips anyways making them a damaged white. When they applied the bleach they only applied above the individual layer instead of doing both top and underneath so they had to go back and fix the spots they missed which I had to point out. making me wait even longer for that to process. then, once it was all done my hair was obviously yellow. They said they put a shampoo but used what I think to be a blue shampoo because it did absolutely NOTHING to tone the yellow and only made my now white ends green. I asked if they were going to do a toner because my hair was so uneven and yellow but they said they only do the shampoo. I was so mortified and they refused to do anything about it other than shampoo which was also an unpleasant experience. She was so aggressive in washing my already sensitive scalp making my skin even more red and painful. I tried to explain how not only were they leaving me with the most insane hair, it was so damaged from the bleach on my ends that I no longer wanted a haircut. They charged me 2500baht for just the bleach and haircut with no toner, colour or proper shampoo leaving me to look like a clown. When I told them I'm not comfortable spending 2000baht for me to not even get a proper bleach and their solution was for me to get a second bleach which would literally make my hair fall out. (They also used a comb to spread the bleach ripping out my hair) they got so mad yelling at me saying that they don't do toner in their country and that there is no problem with my hair. I was so shocked I started crying and they began laughing saying why am I crying over and over when I tried to explain the situation. When I said I'm leaving and am only giving them 1000baht because of how much they yelled and harassed me they blocked me from the door and threatened to call the police when I stood up. My phone was also dead so I couldn't call anyone. I told them to call them because they refused to move and just straight up harassing me. I was still crying and so upset and they laughed and spoke to the other colleagues, Insulting me in Thai. When the police came they barely spoke English and they had more of a say in the matter because they all spoke Thai but the police were still nice and tried their best but I still had to pay 1800 baht. I have never had such bad service and disrespect. If they had spoken to me to be able to fix the situation I would have been more understanding however at the end of the day my scalp is red raw my hair is so damaged looking awful and I have never felt so disrespected and insulted for just wanting to leave happy. No one ever deserves to be yelled at and ridiculed when your customer is literally crying because of how shocking your service is. I've never experienced anything like this.
