Terrible experience, staff unprofessional. Contacted to ask for estimate pricing on FB IB and pricing was acceptable. Once i got there the stylist kept suggesting many more things that i “must” do and double the price. When i refused to take the service, staff acted very bad, didnt even clean the product they used to test with my hair… left me smell like chemical product all day.

The manager was unprofessional and uneducated on hair essentials and treatments. Their “hair specialist” tested my hair and suggested a perm for me while I told her my goal was to reduce frizz, retrieve a healthy appearance, lively and easy self styling. I paid THB 6,000 extra for a treatment they claimed to be “organic”, but I realized later that it was Olaplex… My frizz has gotten worst after the service and recommendations. I reached out to them regards the problem that I encounter after the service, but the manager claimed in an impolite manner that I “chose to do the perm by myself” and that “I don’t know how to style it properly like the staff did”. Well, first of all, we have never met, she clearly doesn’t know what really happen between me and the staffs, and doesn’t understand a difference between frizzy and voluminous.
