More Hair Shop

My friend and I came for balayage, like we explained before even starting. The owner then pondered for about 20 minutes what to do with my hair as he tought I want to colour my hair, which, I said I don’t want but want balayage. So I had to sit for 5h there to get my hair coloured and get “balayage”, although, what I got can’t even be called anything as they simply bleached my hair and I ended up with 5 different colours on my haid. There were there multiple people working on my hair at all times and yet it still took so long. They only charged for the lousy bala-whatever so that was fair but the hair colouring was an absolute disaster. Do yourself a favour and skip this salon as they’re not even cheap. My friend was also very unsatisfied and went downstairs for additional colouring.

Terrible experience. No wonder the place was empty. I asked only for a fringe cut, but they insisted on washing and blow-drying my hair without asking. I kept repeating that I didn’t want a haircut — just a fringe trim — yet the short-haired lady completely ignored me and started cutting anyway. Then they charged 600 baht for a fringe cut! I was shocked when they said 400 baht was for shampoo and blow-dry — something I never asked for. Dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Never going back.

My wife sat outside for an hour only to find out from security they are closed on Thursday's. My wife phoned them on Wednesday to confirm best time to attend for Thursday morning. Well we even checked the shop out on Tuesday and again no advice closed Thursday. Went to Terminal 21 instead Hair D Craft prompt service and better price!
