I and my mom visited without a reservation, but everyone was incredibly kind to us—thank you so much! Since we don’t speak Thai and our English isn’t great either, it must have been a challenge, but they were all so patient and helpful. We’re not very familiar with nail care, so even with the explanation, we didn’t fully understand. Still, they took the time to explain everything so kindly, and both of us are beyond happy with the results! I chose the same design as last year in Thailand , and not only was it done faster this time, but the finish was even better—I love it! We truly want to thank all three of them from the bottom of our hearts. Our first day in Thailand started off perfectly thanks to you!

TOURIST TRAP Was recommended to book the Gel mani & pedi for 990baht. 1) pedi did not include foot soak and callus removal 2) glitter polish, chrome, cat eye required extra charge. Minimally 1500-1730 baht 3) the polish peeled off after 4 days. Shortest time ever. 4) the nail tech did not ask for the shape of nails i wanted 5) they couldn't execute the images that i showed although pic speaks a thousand words. 6) made us walked from one outlet to another because the initial outlet that we booked had no foot soak basin which was working? 7) it says it will take 1.5hrs but it took 2.5hrs? For such a long time and standard of nails, it is not just disappointing but it is outrageous they have so many outlets.

I have to edit my review. After 2 days of nail polishing, two finger tips were broken. If I didn’t take it off, my broken nails would hurt me. I always have my nail polished but never experienced broken nails before, and even after 2 days?? It’s ridiculous to be charged in a high price with such a poor quality. I’m a traveller and I can’t ask them to fix for me again. I have to ask another nailer to make the nails for me now. How can you compensate?

Extremely disappointed, I do not recommend this salon. First of all, the prices are outrageously high at least double or even triple compared to other salons. I could have accepted that if the quality matched the price, especially since I imagine their rent in a commercial area might be expensive. Unfortunately, the quality is nowhere near what you would expect for this cost. The salon itself is messy and not clean, which definitely does not give a high-end impression considering the price. On top of that, the finish on my nails was very poor you can see the photos to judge for yourself. To make matters worse, one of my fake nails fell off after only two days. Since I am in Bangkok just temporarily, I cannot even go back to get it fixed. For such expensive nails, the quality should absolutely be there but it is not the case here.
