Terrible customer service. They won't give you a call to remind you of the appointment, and they won't even ask you to make another appointment if you can't make it on the scheduled day. They dont care the customer at all. Also the staffs who gave the laser therapy are not skilled, and their laser is ineffective. I don't find their services enjoyable at all. What a waste of money!

I highly not recommend this clinic. The staffs from the front desk do not know how to welcome the customer. My first expression for this clinic was gone by that fact. And the staffs only focus to sell other courses even i said NO. The treatment was super fast. They said the results will be seen on 1st treatment and i believe them so I bought the package. But i can say the treatment will not be effective even after i finished all of the session. I gave 2 stars because the staff who did the treatment for me was polite.
