Unsolicited Review: I booked an appointment at this salon for my last day in Bangkok. I just found it on Google and was walking distance from my hotel. The place is clean and the chairs are comfy. The staff were professional and friendly. But the best part was the actual manicure and pedicure. They did an amazing job at removing cuticles thoroughly and painlessly. I didn’t have to guide them for what I like. They knew exactly how to work with my hands and feet which are particular. The result was perfect. I’m so happy with my manicure/pedicure that I would travel back to Bangkok just to get another mani-pedi here again.

Best mani-pedicure ever! 850 TBH 1hr approx, clean and modern space, 2nd floor or the mini mall, entrance next to the Exchange sign before Watsons. Super professional and accurate service, recommended 100%

I was disappointed with this pedicure experience. The soaking water was cold, no salt or treatment was used, and there was very minimal scrubbing or cuticle care. The whole service took about 30 minutes and felt more like an express pedicure, yet I was charged 450 baht. The nail colour chart was outdated with very limited choices, and the overall service lacked warmth—no smile or welcoming attitude, which is unexpected for Thailand. Unfortunately, this did not meet the standard I would expect for the price.

Used to be a good place in Armani building. Today, a lady was on her phone call for one hour speaking loudly and no staff there to stop her. If you have a conference call, do it at the office or a private place not a nail salon!
