Not recommended at all. Didn't wash the hair before and after the cut. Did not heard the requirements. Basic fade haircut which wasn't a problem in any barbershop that I have been - was a complete mess here. Send your barbers to some courses if you charge 600 baht for a basic haircut. Very disappointed

Paid 600baht for a beard trim, which should have included a hot shave and eyebrow trim. No hot shave and no eyebrow trim, very overpriced for the service provided. Guy cut my neck while dry shaving so now my neck is very red and tender. Suggest you look elsewhere, I definitely won't be coming back!

Very disappointed with the service! I have been growing my hair out for 3 years and I mentioned to them that it was a very special occasion that I was there to get a haircut. I showed them not one, not two, but three reference pics. I asked very clearly to the barber if he understood what I wanted. He nodded and said "yes". I kept showing him the reference pics as he prepped and even when he was about to use the scissors, I asked him "do you understand what I want? I don't want my hair any shorter than 5 inches and please keep it long at the back!". He said "he understood" and proceeded to do the exact opposite of what I asked him to do. The barber cut my hair really short at the back and when I asked him to stop, he had to call in the receptionist and another hairdresser to actually understand what I wanted. With a change in barber, it was damage control from that point onwards. My question to Never Say Cutz is that if your employee doesn't understand what a paying customer wants, then encourage them to ask questions. If there's a language barrier, encourage them to use Google translate and if a requested haircut is outside of a hairdresser's expertise, please say that it's not within their capacity. Not every man wants a high-fade and not every man wants to have a K-Pop hairstyle. If you've taken on service to a paying customer, please actually learn to listen to what they want. After 3 years of growing my hair, this was such a disappointing way of seeing my hair go away. Really heartbroken and promise to never visit Never say Cutz again!
