NEVERSAYCUTZ - อ่อนนุช (Onnut)

We visited this salon with my son for a haircut. We understand that haircuts can’t be done simultaneously, so we wanted to have him cut one by one while we waited. However, the staff member was disrespectful and impolite. He insisted that we couldn’t have two haircuts at once, even though we were willing to wait. His attitude was dismissive and made us feel unwelcome. We decided to leave the salon and never return. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. The staff member should learn how to communicate effectively with customers.

I was a customer here for 6 years straight until they changed the team recently. Made an appointment through the call at 16:30. Arrived before time and was waited until 16:45 and saw that i have to wait for another guy to finish while another person who arrived after me get their queue first. Was told he selected the specific guy. However, this is not the first time. This happened to me before. Made an appointment at 17:00 and arrived 15 minutes before time. Was waited until 17:35 while the other 2 guys who showed up after me got their seats first. Nothing was informed. This will be the last time i will visit this branch. Nothing was the same anymore and i rather travel to other branches even they’re far away from my place. Until they change something, this is a goodbye from me.
