Reserved a 5pm slot after looking at the positive reviews but I left feeling slightly disappointed. I waited till 5.20pm for my turn and before paying, I confirm that I will be given 3 female masseuse to which the staff said okay. When it was time to head in, there was a male staff attending to my father and when I reminded her of my prior request. She gave me a face like a made the most absurd request. She said there are no more female masseuse because we are so busy. If we want a female massuse, we have to wait longer. I reminded her of our conversation earlier and she turned around to speak to another staff who then approached me to said the same thing. They then rushed me to my room while I tried to ask her how long it will take. But she got annoyed,cut my sentence and asked me to move ahead because I'm in a different room from my parents. I'm giving 2 stars purely because after waiting, my parents said that their masseuse was alright. Mine was sub par with some hit and misses. Overall, I felt that I will be able to get a better experience elsewhere. The staff are overwhelmed and get irritated easily.
