Disappointing! Due to a miscommunication regarding the booking, I missed the opportunity to stay here. The location is quite hard to access as it is situated in a private area that charges 40 baht per hour for parking, which makes deciding to stay here even more difficult. After this incident with the failed booking, I’ve decided it’s better to stay at one of the many hostels available throughout Bangkok, which offer a more convenient alternative.

This establishment is a textbook example of misleading advertising and deception. Based on the images, I was eager to transition from my comfortable, well-maintained hostel to what appeared to be a more authentic and inviting atmosphere. However, the reality was entirely different. Upon arrival, I was met with a cluttered space filled with boxes, completely devoid of the cozy, welcoming ambiance promised online. The dormitory was dark, unclean, and unbearably hot. The owner turned on the air conditioning, yet the temperature remained unchanged. A posted policy indicated the AC was set to 24°C, but it was either ineffective or nonfunctional. I was sitting there drenched in sweat and decided I could not stay. Despite my discomfort, I was denied a refund when I requested one. I expressed my dissatisfaction and made it clear that I would be sharing my experience. The owner simply acknowledged my statement without concern. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. In the end I lost 3 days of booking fees as I was never refunded despite staying there no more than 10 minutes, truly one of the worst experiences in Bangkok. Key Issues: 1. False Advertising & Deceptive Images • The hostel advertises itself as having a café, yet the staff confirmed that they no longer serve food despite showcasing images suggesting otherwise. • The images of the rooms on booking platforms are misleading, as they do not reflect the dark, unkempt, and poorly maintained conditions I encountered. 2. Non-Functioning Air Conditioning • Upon arrival, the dormitory was extremely hot, even with the air conditioning supposedly on. • Staff claimed that the air conditioning was working, but it took a long time to cool down and was not functioning properly during my stay. • The hostel was nearly empty, likely due to the discomfort caused by the heat and poor ventilation. 3. Lack of Professionalism and Customer Service • When I requested assistance regarding the air conditioning, the staff was dismissive and provided contradictory responses. • My request for a refund was repeatedly denied, despite the hostel failing to deliver the services they advertised.
