strategic location, spacious rooms, great view!

I had a wonderful stay at NT Place Sukhumvit Suites in Bangkok. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Even through WhatsApp, their English and quick responses were impressive. The location was very convenient — close to the hospital where my mother had her checkups, and although a bit far from the Nana (Arab Street) area, it was peaceful and easy to access. The rates were also very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Overall, I’m truly satisfied with my stay and highly recommend NT Place Sukhumvit Suites to anyone visiting Bangkok.

It is very clean place convenient for a family or group of friends. I have stayed here for 10 nights and the staff were very polite, helpful and professional. The front desk hours starts from 9 to 5. Therefore, you can’t have early check in if you arrive before or after work hours. The gym is very limited and the equipment are outdated. There is no swimming pool. They offer free transportation to the sky train station. Although it is approximately 10 minutes walk away. Small restaurant, laundry and supermarket are nearby. There was daily cleaning and supplies of drinking water, towels, and other amenities.

This place advertised a room with a view.But when I arrived, there was no room with a view. So I told them I will check out and to refund me since the room was falsely advertised. It's been two months and I have not received the refund. It looks like they are a bunch of con artists. The place is a bit old and run down and you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet. You have to throw it in the garbage can.. You will have a pile of feces-ridden toilet paper in your garbage can due to this issue. I highly recommend you stay away from this place. See the photo I have attached which allegedly shows a room with a view. You can be the judge.
