I recently tried the Aura White IV drip at Oppa Skin Clinic and had a great experience. The clinic is clean, stylish, and very welcoming. The staff were professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The procedure was quick and painless, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained beforehand. Terrible experience. First, despite the official opening hour on Google map that says 12pm, I am informed that IV drips start at 1pm. Then I come back and the staff (doesn't seem like a doctor nor a nurse or anyone with medical training) administering IV drip punctured my left arm vein leaving it severely swollen with pain that goes up in my arm. She tried the other arm and now it hurts like she is ripping my skin (you can see in the second pic the injection site is quite off the vein). I have a high pain threshold and have gotten numerous PRF injections and this never happened. Had to leave before she punctures ths third vein. Never a word of apology from her besides the other staff.
