I ordered my glasses last Sunday. The service I received was excellent. The young lady was professional and very polite. Extremely helpful and I was impressed by her no nonsense service. I have worked in an opticians all my life so understand lenses, frames and measurements. I know what I wanted and ordered as such. Today, Sunday 26.10.25, I went to collect my glasses. Unfortunately I forgot to take with me the card I had been given. The lady who served me today behaved like she was very put out by the fact I forgot my card and it was an inconvenience for her. A gentleman took over and I managed to collect my glasses. They are perfect. The only reason I dropped one star is purely because of the ladies behaviour today.

Very bad experience. Went with parents and they showed us a few options above 15k, we asked for options under 10k and the man proceeded to wave us off and walk away. Very racist.

I regret to say that my recent experience at this shop fell short of expectations. As a former regular customer who had relocated from the area, I returned with my broken glasses, confident in the service based on past experiences. However, I was taken aback by the arrogance and lack of service-mindedness displayed by the elderly gentleman in the shop. Despite this, I decided not to dwell on it and agreed to return another day for pickup, albeit inconvenienced.To my disappointment, upon my return, the glasses remained unfixed. Regrettably, I won't be returning to this shop and would recommend anyone to stay away! It's unfortunate to witness such a decline in standards, rendering it the worst experience I've had.
