Very disappointed with the service here. I called the number in front of the snooker shop, and the staff told me the table was free and I could come in to play. But just 2 minutes later, when I entered the shop, all tables were full. No apology, no explanation. It felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. Poor communication and very unprofessional. I won’t be coming back again.

The pool tables are absolutely awful and broken. I played one game with the balls not coming out once potted. Unfortunately the staff could not communicate in English, which I don’t blame them for. They charged me for the full hour even though the table was faulty and I left before completing a frame. The snooker tables look ok.
