I loved the experience! My scalp never felt so fresh and clean! I did the basic 12-step formula and left very satisfied. The ladies are very professional and explain you everything before and after with a scalp analysis. The massages were very relaxing I fell asleep at some point. Would go again! (I have trichotillomania and I still felt very welcome)
