Piano Bar

We had such a wonderful and heartwarming experience at the Piano Lounge Bar at VIE Hotel Bangkok, and I truly felt compelled to share how special the service was. Meilin, Wa, Pete, and Ant were absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with genuine smiles and a warm attitude that immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. As someone who does not drink alcohol very well, I was especially touched by how thoughtfully they listened to my preferences. Instead of offering a standard option, they carefully prepared a cocktail that perfectly suited my taste — light, well-balanced, and truly delicious. It made me feel cared for rather than overlooked, which is something I deeply appreciate. What made the experience even more memorable was how kindly they treated our child. They didn’t just make a simple mocktail — they created one that matched our child’s personal taste, with real attention and creativity. Seeing our child so happy and excited over a drink made just for them was such a joy for us as parents. My husband enjoys his drinks, and the staff’s attentiveness toward him was exceptional. Every time his glass was nearly empty, they gently checked in — asking how the drink was, whether he liked it, and if there was anything else he needed. This level of care was consistent throughout our time there and never felt intrusive, only thoughtful and sincere. Beyond the drinks themselves, what truly stood out was the warmth and genuine hospitality of the staff. They created an atmosphere where our whole family felt welcome, relaxed, and valued. It turned a simple lounge visit into one of the most pleasant moments of our stay in Bangkok. Thank you, Meilin, Wa, Pete, and Ant, for your kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt service. We will always remember this lovely evening, and we will definitely return when we visit Bangkok again.

An incredible evening with delightful service from Manager Khun Nico, HostessWaitress Khun Wa and our bartender Khun Ant! We tried a number of delicious sophisticated cocktails, as well as the array of delectable savoury and sweet canapes! Highly recommend this centrally located Piano Bar - panache and class rolled into one!

Absolutely amazing! We spent Christmas Eve here and couldn’t be happier. The service was fantastic- Ant, Pete, Nilo and Fah were great and made our night 👌🏽!
