PLUS31@ Thonglor

I visited on May 22nd. I dye hair by Mr. Noda at the "Plus31 x Noda" branch twice before. As usual, I made a reservation through "Plus31 x Noda" Line Official I didn't designate a designer Mr. Noda because I thought there was a history left. They made a reservation then send a Google map and the shop was located at Thonglor. I thought the branch had moved from Sukhumvit 31 to Thonglor. But this was a different branch and I mat new hair designer I had never seen before. In the process of making the reservation, there was no explanation as to whether the usual designer reservation was impossible or whether it was okay to go to another branch. even the two branches also operate Instagram differently. "Plus31 x noda" and "Plus31 hair & beauty atelier" I was embarrassed on the day. They said they would change the reservation or return the deposit But, It was difficult to change the schedule because I visited on personal leave I had no choice but to decide go on. I do not like the result, it is not what I want. Hair salon say the reason is that I dyed my hair 5 months ago, so the conditioner is not good and my hair doesn't have curls. It is more then 80% same with pictures you want. I sent the picture I wanted when i make a reservation and they checked my last dye date as well. At that time, there was no explanation that it was as difficult as I wanted. Even though I consulted before I started, I didn't hear any explanation that it would be different because of the curls. I don't agree there guide, how come gray and brown color are different because of curls?
