  Just went there. I must say I've been to 5+ massage spots around Bangkok, and this one was by far the best one. I really enjoyed the vibe of the massage being in a welcoming home setting, the watermelon at the end was a nice touch and the hot compress on my neck + the head massage was crazy good. Shoutout to Ploy for being a legend. Will definitely come back for sure.

  We found this place on google map by an accident, so we decided to make a booking via WhatsApp. The booking process was easy and convenient. We did a save&chill promotion of 2 hours massage that we can pick by ourselves, we did the hot aroma massage, hot oil head spa and foot spa. Everything was phenomenal and perfect. The ladies who did massage for us were polite and did such a good job. It was Mind and Eed. Special shoutout to the ladies, we’ll be back again!💕

  The façade of Preme Sanctuary is beautiful and creates the impression of a luxurious, high-end spa. Unfortunately, that impression quickly disappeared the moment we stepped inside. The couples' treatment room felt more like a dingy, dated massage parlour than a premium wellness sanctuary. During our stay in Bangkok, we visited numerous regular massage salons along the streets, and almost every one of them offered a far more pleasant environment at only a fraction of the exorbitant price charged here. The service was also subpar. To make matters worse, our treatment was cut short by approximately 10 minutes, which was incredibly disappointing and, frankly, quite brazen considering the premium price we paid. We were also asked to shower in a tiny cubicle with a faulty door that wouldn't close properly and a malfunctioning shower head. These are basic maintenance issues that simply shouldn't exist in a venue positioning itself as a luxury sanctuary. Communication throughout the experience was poor. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag for us to abort and book elsewhere. Sadly, this experience fell well below expectations. The attractive exterior cannot compensate for the tired facilities, lacklustre service, poor communication, and poor value for money. We certainly won't be returning, and I cannot recommend Preme Sanctuary when Bangkok offers so many exceptional spas that provide a far superior experience for a much lower price. Not recommended
