  I just had STI test here as walk in foreigner and the experience was very smooth. From conselling to getting sample to grabbing the pharmacies. Everyone speaks English and eager to help. Credit card accepted.

  I had a very positive experience with this clinic. From the beginning, the clinic was clean, well-organized, and made me feel comfortable. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They were always available to answer my questions, guide me through each step, and check on me throughout the entire process. What I appreciated the most was that I never felt like I was being treated transactionally. They took the time to explain my options, gave honest medical advice, and always prioritized my well-being. Even after my visit, they continued to support me through follow-up messages until they confirmed the process was complete.   Most of girls here are friendly even they are going to close for the event on 16th Jul at 5.30pm, which I can still make reservation through their system without informing. While most of girls managed to let me go buying the prep, a Mr Lady with big lens glasses came in and mentioned that I need to provide the prove that my test was negative within one week before buying any prep, which it’s impossible. As the booking system did not require these two must be proceeded at the same time. On the other hand, I can just buy prep without any prove. She (or he) was not very friendly and indirectly to refuse me to buy anything for her or (or his) convenience, however that evening was my last chance to buy the medication. Good luck then. But I have to say the rest of staffs were super helpful and try their best to help me as they can!! Except the particular one.
