Extremely disappointing experience. I bought a “Full Face + Neck CO2 laser” promotion for 10,000 THB, but when I arrived, the staff (the main receptionist who sold the package) insisted I could ONLY do the laser on my neck, not my face. She said I have too much seborrheic keratosiss on my neck already and she kept repeating the same excuse and refused my requests, even though the promotion clearly stated both areas. The staff’s attitude was terrible — insincere, dismissive, and unprofessional. She applied numbing cream carelessly (not even covering the whole neck), so the procedure was very painful. After the laser, the doctor disappeared instantly without any consultation, leaving me confused and forced to deal only with the staff. Follow-up was a joke. My wounds stayed red and some turned into keloids, yet instead of responsibility, they told me to do more treatments (anti-redness program, keloid injections for 2,000–3,000 THB/spot). When I returned for remaining seborrheic keratosiss, the same staff argued point by point, forcing me to compare photos, and even showed a bad attitude when I pointed out untreated spots. She micromanaged every step to avoid doing more, making the whole experience stressful and insulting. Other clinics are FAR more professional and genuine. Here,the aftercare non-existent, and the staff’s attitude absolutely unacceptable.

This clinic is overpriced. For starters, there is a 500 baht consult price which is waived if you book a same day service. This would be fair if there was truly a detailed consult discussing in depth what options are the best individual fit. The dermatologist spent less than 30 seconds in the room. The treatment I ended up doing is available at other clinics in Bangkok for 1/3 to 1/2 the price. The nurse or assistant did provide a detailed email response to my initial inquiry with different options, which I appreciated. I would recommend deciding on your own what treatment to do vs expecting the doctor to provide useful guidance and going somewhere less expensive.
