Amazing cut and color experience. I asked for a top stylist and that’s what I got and then some with a whole team bleaching and coloring my hair. They made me feel very comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. I’m so happy with the outcome as this was a big change for me. The price is probably steeper than other places in Bangkok, but for me it was excellent quality and professionalism for a fraction of the cost as what I could get at home. Definitely worth it. I would highly recommend Roofhair Siam Square! The before and after says it all

I went to cut my hair with this salon for the first time, and tbh I’m kinda disappointed. The service was there but the haircut skills were lower than I was expecting with the price I paid. Like it’s not even like a reference I wanted it to be. My hair came out OKAY but it’s just okay, just normal haircut but nothing like the reference I gave to them. I could go somewhere and get this basic haircut done with lower budget. 😌

This wasn’t my first time at this salon, but it’s 100% my last. The stylist clearly had no clue what they were doing. I showed a reference picture and somehow walked out looking nothing like it. They just kept chopping and thinning like they were guessing the whole time, and now my hair is way shorter than I ever asked for. This cut completely ruined my confidence. I paid good money for this and got a total disaster instead. I’m beyond disappointed — this was honestly a waste of time, money, and trust. Never again. Ps. This is actually my first time ever writing a review, and I’m only doing it because I’m extremely unhappy. I normally wouldn’t go out of my way to post something like this, but this experience was so bad that I felt like I had to speak up.
