I highly recommend this salon. I was very well welcomed, and the manager is absolutely lovely, kind, patient, professional and truly cares about your hair health ! The whole team is very kind and the prices are fair and consistent with the quality, with no exaggeration for tourists. I initially went there for a balayage, but my hair wasn’t suitable. Instead of taking any risks, they did a test first, which I really appreciated. When I asked for another treatment, they clearly explained the possible effects on my curly hair, so I was able to adjust my request. In the end, I left with a lovely haircut and excellent advice to improve the condition of my hair.

After received hair treatment and colored, here is my honest review Service 100/10 (never ever experienced as good/homie as this place) Atmosphere 10/10 Quality 9/10 (-1 point as I believe that they can improve/have more variety way of style consumer hair) Satisfaction 10/10 Even for a local like me. This place is such a worth the price. Easy added to my fav salon in town. Note: I suggest you book in advance because they quite busy.

I visited Ruja for a haircut, styling, and blow-dry, and I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the results! After traveling for five months, I was long overdue for a haircut and found Ruja’s salon while searching for local hairdressers in Bangkok. From the moment I walked in, the salon felt charming, friendly, and welcoming, with attentive staff working seamlessly together to deliver the perfect result. I requested 1.5 inches off the ends, face-framing pieces with medium-length wispy curtain bangs, and blended layers in the back, and that’s exactly what I received, right down to the precise length I asked for! More than just the haircut itself, it was the warm and wholesome experience that truly stood out. The owner and I spent the entire appointment chatting, and I even had the pleasure of meeting his sister, her partner, and their son. Sharing stories and laughter throughout my service made the visit feel incredibly personal and special. The experience was beautifully topped off when the hairdresser surprised me with a birthday cake and wished me an early happy birthday, completely unexpected and a moment I know I’ll always remember. I couldn’t recommend Ruja enough to anyone looking for a haircut in Bangkok!
