On 26/11 around 20.50 pm. I asked a male staff member for directions to the locker room, but his response felt dismissive and unhelpful. Since it was my first time there, I really needed some guidance, but he didn’t seem willing to explain properly. When I asked again for clarification, he reacted with visible frustration, raised his voice slightly, and looked extremely annoyed. This made me feel uncomfortable and very disappointed with the service on my first visit. I truly hope the attitude of this staff member can be improved. Thank you.
